Staff

We have many qualified and experienced staff members at Naturally Pets. All teachers have a minimum of a degree in Animal Behaviour and many years of experience in a variety of Behaviour-related fields.

  • Team Leader & Head Behaviourist: Natalie Lagstrom

    Natalie is the head behaviourist and course supervisor at Naturally Pets. She is an experienced, vet recommended pet behaviour counsellor, and has been practicing for many years. Natalie writes booklets and articles on pet behaviour, and her research into animal learning has been published. She lectures and teaches at a variety of levels. Natalie is the leader of the Remedial Behaviour Team, and also finds time to run her Chinese Crested dog Noodles in NPFA (Link 5), as well as train her wolf-look-alike British Timber Dogs for the ‘Media Wolves’ Animal Acting Team.

  • Trainer & Tutor: Jo Questier

    Jo is a Trainer and Tutor at Naturally Pets and is filling the growing demand for Activity Classes and Canine Behaviour Courses at the Centre. She has a number of years experience as a trainer, and has presented her research at animal welfare conferences.

    As well as canine behaviour, Bethan specialises in equine behaviour and welfare, and has dealt with a wide variety of equine behaviour problems. She has presented her research on learning in horses, and has written articles for national magazines such as horse and pony magazine. She has lectured on the subject of animal learning at degree level, and has been treating remedial behaviour problems in domestic animals ranging from gerbils to Shetland ponies for many years.

    Before joining us, Rosemary trained as a Veterinary Nurse before moving to the Animal Behaviour Dept of the University of Newcastle where she was Head Technician. After 9 years she moved into Veterinary Practice Management where she spent many years. She deals with the day to day running of the Canine Centre.
